At Genix Healthcare we are becoming part of these communities by taking care of their dental needs - in particular Garforth, East Park and Morley. It makes great sense for us to help bring the different communities together and to encourage our young patients to get involved in getting behind Garforth Town FC. It really is a great family day out." ‘The future of football in England lies in the young people of today.’ says Garforth Town’s General Manager, George Williams. ‘We are very excited to be working with Genix Healthcare to encourage children to come along to Garforth matches and will make the experience lots of fun for them with drums, horns and lots of chanting.’.

2006-11-21  Dental Clinic short-listed for The Dentistry Awards 2006

Leeds-based dental company Genix Healthcare has been short-listed for an award in The Dentistry Awards 2006. Genix Healthcare is an expanding company which operates a chain of dental clinics in Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield and Teesside. Its dental clinic in Sheffield has been short-listed for the Best New Practice award only three months after its official opening. These regional awards, launched this year by the Dentistry magazine, recognise outstanding individuals, teams and practices that have an active interest in continuing professional development and staying at the top of the dental profession. Kiveton Park Dental Clinic was transformed by Genix Healthcare, with an investment of over £150,000, in to a new state of the art dental clinic, providing patients with all the latest treatments, in a matter of months. For around 10,000 residents it’s the only dental practice in the area looking after their dental healthcare needs. The practice went from a single surgery to a three surgery practice resulting in increased capacity to take on new patients. The awards judging panel consists of top members of the profession including dentists, hygienists, and practice managers who will be looking to decide who is the Best Practice, Best Team Member and Best New Practice in the North East and Yorkshire. The winners will be announced at The Dentistry Awards Ceremony on Friday 8th December at the Athena, Leicester. The UK has been divided into 10 regions and once the winners for each region have been decided the winners have a chance at being named overall UK Best!
